(De: elmotin.com.do).- En un confuso incidente, la Policía mató en Puerto Plata un obrero, al que implica junto a Dauris Manuel Felipe -Daga- en la muerte de un turista alemán, la tarde de ayer, en el malecón de esa ciudad, mientras que familiares de la victima niegan la acusación policial.
Kelvin Brito López murió mientras recibía atenciones médicas en el hospital Ricardo Limardo, de allí, luego que agentes de la Policía Nacional lo impactaron con varios disparos, al ubicarlo en la calle 5 del sector Villa Progreso.
La versión policial precisa que, en medio de la balacera supuestamente escapó Dauris Manuel, presunto autor de la muerte del alemán Ernst Gunter Haun, de 77 años, cuyo cadáver fue enviado al Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Forenses (Inacif) para fines de autopsia.
El extranjero se encontraba hospedado en el hotel Lifestyle Hacienda de Cofresí y fue atacado a tiros la tarde de ayer por dos individuos, que se desplazaban en una passola cuando caminaba por el malecón de Puerto Plata.
Según la Policía, Dauris Manuel Felipe -Daga- fue identificado como el autor de la muerte del extranjero mediante la revisión de los vídeos de cámaras de seguridad donde ocurrió el hecho.
Precisa el informe policial indica que anoche, al Felipe notar la presencia de los agentes, los enfrentó a tiros, quienes repelieron la agresión resultando muerto Brito López quien supuestamente se dedicaba a cometer hechos delictivos junto al prófugo.
En la escena investigadores policiales dijeron que hallaron una pistola Browning calibre 9 milímetros serie 378077 con su cargador y tres capsulas.
La Policía informó que en sus archivos figura una ficha de la victima, por haber sido deportado el 19 abril del 2012. La Institución no especifica de dónde fue deportado.
Mientras que familiares de la victima señalaron que su pariente regresaba de trabajar cuando fue interceptado por agentes policiales, quienes sin mediar palabras le dispararon. Solicitaron al fiscal titular de esa provincia, Osvaldo Bonilla, indagar el caso.
